1. Who we are

You sign in with a magic link or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least [13/16/18] years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes, photos, and references you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service (e.g. OCR, study generation, audio). We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

4. Scripture

Scripture is provided from public-domain translations (KJV, World English Bible). Quotations are fetched from a Bible API and attributed; we are not the publisher of these texts.

5. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in USD via Stripe. One free generation is available without a card. Weekly generation limits apply per plan. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next cycle; cancellation retains access until the period end. Taxes are handled by Stripe.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or resell it without permission.

7. Disclaimers

AI-generated study material is provided “as is” to assist your personal study and may contain errors. It is not a substitute for your own reading of scripture or pastoral guidance.

8. Limitation of liability
